Our Purpose

Bridgewater Academy exists to empower underserved youth and young adults through education, athletics, mentorship, leadership development, career readiness, and community engagement. We create safe and supportive environments where participants can build confidence, strengthen academic and life skills, and pursue pathways to college, careers, athletics, and lifelong success.

Through programs such as Stay Focused Mentoring, Pathways to Readiness, basketball development, and international academic and athletic placement support, Bridgewater Academy connects participants with positive role models, qualified educators, coaches, community partners, and meaningful opportunities.

Since 2008, Bridgewater Academy has served more than 450 youth and young adults locally and internationally. We remain committed to helping each participant recognize their potential, overcome barriers, and prepare for a successful future.
